IQNA to Hold Int’l Webinar on Sympathy with Gaza in Hajj

IQNA – An international webinar on sympathy with the people of the Gaza Strip during the Hajj pilgrimage is scheduled to be held this Monday.

Titled “Hajj, Quran-centrism, And Sympathy with Gaza”, it will be organized by the International Quran News Agency (IQNA), starting at 6:30 AM CET on June 10. 

Speakers at the online seminar will discuss issues related to the main challenges in the Muslim world, support for the oppressed people of Palestine and their struggle against the Zionist occupiers based on the teachings of the Holy Quran, the outcomes of the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation and its role in keeping alive the issue of Palestine, and the necessity to underline Bira’at (disavowal) of the Zionist enemies in this year’s Hajj, among others.

University of Tehran Professor Mohammad Ali Azarshab, Head of Association of Muslim Scholars in Lebanon Sheikh Ghazi Hunaina, Head of Union of Ahl al-Bayt Scholars of Turkey Ghadir Akaras, Head of Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organizations (MAPIM) Muhammad Azmi Abdulhamid, and Canadian Islamologist John Andrew Morrow will address the webinar.
